Where does BeautyTicket.com ship?

We currently offer flat rate shipping to all U.S. locations.



Shipping method and delivery times:

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed (usually within 1-2 business days after we receive payment) and safely delivered. Orders including private sale items may take up to a 7-10 business days to ship because we back order directly from the beauty suppliers and it takes a bit of time to get it from them to us (we think the wait is worth the great deals they give us to give to you though!) We partner with the United States Postal Service and use First Class and Priority Mail to get your order to you quickly. (US destinations only). We charge a flat rate for shipping and handling. Depending on the amount of your order (excluding applicable sales tax), and any promotions we are offering, shipping may be free.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

Lost or stolen packages:

Signature Confirmation of Delivery is recommended especially if your package will be delivered to an unsecured area, or sent to a place of business. We currently offer "USPS Priority Shipping (Signature Required)" as the default shipping method selected at checkout to protect against loss.

In order to offer our customers a lower shipping rate, we offer an alternative shipping option that does not require a signature. By selecting "USPS Priority Shipping (Signature Confirmation not Required)", you are waiving your right to Signature Confirmation of Delivery. By selecting this option, you understand that your package is not covered in the event it is lost or stolen. If you are shipping your package to an international destination you are waiving your right to a signature confirmation of delivery because the USPS does not provide that service for international deliveries. If you require a signature confirmation of delivery for international orders please contact customer care and we will arrange an alternative shipping method for you.

Once an order leaves the Beauty Ticket warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Restricted items:

The US Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts certain items from being shipped by air if they could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap. These items include aerosols and alcohol-based products such as pressurized spray cans, fragrances, and nail enamels. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly in compliance with DOT rules. Therefore, we require orders containing any of these items to be shipped via standard ground shipping only.

Unfortunately, we cannot air ship restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or APO/FPO addresses. If your order contains one of these items it will be shipped via standard ground shipping.

Shipping to California Addresses:

Our West Hollywood business is located in Los Angeles County, California. We are required to collect and pay California state taxes on all orders shipped to California addresses. We are also required to collect Los Angeles County district taxes on all items shipped to Los Angeles County addresses. All other orders may be subject to other local taxes. Please contact the California State Board of Equalization or your tax advisor if you are required to pay other local sales or usage taxes.
