Where does BeautyTicket.com ship?
We currently offer flat rate shipping to U.S. and International locations.
Shipping method and delivery times:
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed (usually within 1-2 business days after we receive payment) and safely delivered. We partner with the United States Postal Service and use Priority Mail to get your order to you quickly. (US destinations only). We charge a flat rate for shipping and handling. Depending on the amount of your order (excluding applicable sales tax), and any promotions we are offering, shipping may be free.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders. The USPS estimates 6-10 business days for international orders. Beauty Ticket will declare the actual value of your package and contents for customs and duties. We are not responsible for any additional taxes or duties collected for orders shipped outside the United States. Please contact your local authorities with any questions about shipping US packages to your country.
Lost or stolen packages:
In order to offer our customers a less expensive shipping option, we do not require a signature confirmation of delivery. By selecting "Uninsured Priority Shipping," you are waiving your right to Signature Confirmation of Delivery. By selecting this option, you understand that your package is not covered by the USPS in the event it is damaged, lost, or stolen.
Signature Confirmation of Delivery is recommended if your package will be delivered to an unsecured area, or sent to a place of business. We currently offer "Insured Priority Shipping (Signature Required)" which you must select at checkout to protect against loss in the event 1) the United States Postal Service damages your shipment; 2) your package goes missing after it leaves the Beauty Ticket warehouse.
Once an order leaves the Beauty Ticket warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if you selected "Insured Priority Shipping (Signature Required)" and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, you can file a
Domestic Insurance Claim with the United States Postal Service.
Restricted items:
The US Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts certain items from being shipped by air if they could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap. These items include aerosols and alcohol-based products such as pressurized spray cans, fragrances, and nail enamels. We're committed to getting you your order as soon as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we require orders containing one of these items to be shipped via standard shipping only.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or APO/FPO addresses. If your order contains one of these items it will be shipped via standard shipping.
Shipping to California Addresses:
Our West Hollywood business is located in Los Angeles County, California. We are required to collect and pay California state taxes on all orders shipped to California addresses. We are also required to collect Los Angeles County district taxes on all items shipped to Los Angeles County addresses. All other orders may be subject to other local taxes. Please contact the California State Board of Equalization or your tax advisor if you are required to pay other local sales or usage taxes.
